  1. General Agreement

    By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing orders or using any services on thailadiesbeauty.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy, Legal Statement and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using this website immediately. All services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  2. Service Scope

    Our website provides online retail sales of beauty, skincare, cosmetic and personal care products only. We do not sell any medical products, medicines, pharmaceutical items, medical devices or prescription goods. All products are for daily external cosmetic use only, not for medical diagnosis, treatment or cure of any illness.

  3. User Account & Registration

    Users may register an account to place orders and save personal information. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete personal details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any orders placed under your account will be deemed authorised by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, abuse promotions or engage in fraudulent behaviour.

  4. Order & Transaction Rules

    All orders are subject to final stock confirmation by Thai Ladies Limited. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order without prior notice if there is out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraudulent order or abnormal transaction. All product prices shown on the website are final unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to settle payment in full before order shipment.

  5. Payment Service

    We support designated third-party payment methods. By using our payment service, you agree to comply with the rules of the relevant payment platform. We are not liable for any payment failure, transaction delay or account freeze caused by third-party payment providers. All transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  6. Shipping & Delivery

    We will arrange shipment according to the shipping method selected by the customer. Delivery time is for reference only, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays, parcel loss, damage, customs inspection, import duties, taxes or local clearance fees. All cross-border import taxes and customs charges shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
  7. Return & Refund

    All returns and refunds must strictly follow our official 7-Day Return & Refund Policy. Only unopened, unused and intact sealed products are eligible for return within 7 days upon receipt. Personal reason returns require the customer to bear return shipping fees. Opened, used or non-defective products are not eligible for refund or return due to hygiene reasons.
  8. Intellectual Property

    All website text, images, logos, graphics, layout, product content and trademarks are the intellectual property of Thai Ladies Limited or authorised brand owners. No one may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

  9. User Conduct

You shall not attack the website system, spread virus, submit false orders, harass customer service or violate any Hong Kong laws.     We comply with Hong Kong Personal Data Privacy Ordinance. We only collect necessary personal information for order processing, delivery and customer service. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties without your consent.
